Please allow 3-5 days handling time before your order is shipped. Local pick up orders are generally available 24 hours from order confirmation. Local delivery orders are fulfilled on weekends. You will receive an email when your order is ready with further instructions. Shipping is free on orders over $200! (Canada & USA only)!

Order information will be sent to each customer via email. All orders are shipped by way of a third-party service. Once an item ships from our office to the customer address ROSE AURA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of products. All orders will be given a tracking number. Customers are responsible for the tracking of their shipment, as well as for any duties and tax fees applied.
